Background and Biography:
Dr. Williams is a Research Scientist at the Atlanta VA Medical Center's Rehabilitation Research and Development Vision Loss Center, and is also assigned to the Blind Rehabilitation Service Program Office in VA Central Office as the National Data Analyst and Rehabilitation Planning Specialist. He holds academic appointments as Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University, and as a Research Scientist at Georgia Institute of Technologys Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access.
